About us
StoriDino.com sells children's storybooks published under the StoriDino Books imprint. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed once you receive an order number; for online payments, once payment is verified. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud — any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your payment credentials.
Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery.
Returns & refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
All stories, characters (including Feely the Elephant), illustrations and text on this site are the property of StoriDino Books and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
