Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped, at no cost — email hello@storidino.com or reply to your order confirmation with your order number. Prepaid amounts for orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full.
Damaged or defective books
If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps us fix it fastest). We'll ship a free replacement, or refund you in full if you prefer — including any shipping you paid.
Wrong item delivered
If you receive the wrong title, we'll arrange a free replacement of the correct book and you may keep or return the wrong one as instructed.
Change of mind
Unused books in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the return, we refund the book price; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds for online payments are initiated within 48 hours to the original payment method via Cashfree, and typically reflect in 5–7 working days depending on your bank. COD refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
