What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address — the minimum needed to deliver your books and keep you informed about your order. If you join our newsletter we store your email address. We do not collect or store card, UPI or banking details: online payments are processed entirely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. on their PCI-DSS compliant systems.
How we use it
Your details are used only to process and deliver orders, send order updates, respond to support requests, and (only if you subscribed) send occasional emails about new books. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Cashfree. When you pay online, you are interacting with Cashfree's secure checkout; the payment data you enter there is governed by Cashfree's privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment status and a payment reference — never your card or bank credentials.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep your cart and login working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention & your rights
Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it (except records we must legally retain), by emailing hello@storidino.com. We respond within 7 working days.
Children
Our books are for children, but our website is intended for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
